Meet the Team

Our founders hail from event software backgrounds involved in large scale events like the Oscars and PGA tours to influencing the event software industry with the benchmark for email marketing campaigns. With over a dozen years of experience, they saw a need to solve the fundamental issue of connecting the right people at events.

Everyone attending events like conferences, expos, and trade shows has their own agenda, and they are there to meet people and to make opportunities out of meeting those people. General attendees and those in business development want to make the most of their time and meet the right people and make relevant follow-ups that will lead to new opportunities. Event sponsors that fund events want to make sure they are making follow-ups with their most promising leads particularly those who spend time at their sponsor booths. At these types of events, often you are overwhelmed with meeting new people, collecting a pile of business cards, adding many new people on social platforms, and collecting contact information. Making follow-ups becomes a huge headache. Sometimes people leave these events talking to all the wrong people, leaving a bad impression on the event organizer. Making the right connections and making opportunities out of those connections is the goal of every attendee. Common was created to enhance, automate, and assist every attendee in meeting these goals all on one AI powered platform. We saw the saw the problem, so we fixed it.

Common is currently seeking investment for it’s seed round, please get in touch with us for more details.
